Least Expensive Scrapbook Item

Leigh, on the About Scrapbooking Forum asks, "What is your least expensive scrap item that you use often? Almost everytime I sit down to scrap I use a $1.00 tag template I got at the Dollar Tree. I used to use my scissors a lot when I first started and I got most of them for a dime each at Wal-Mart during a clearance last year. Or better yet, what do you use that's free?"
