Let's Go Fly A Kite
Sample Page

This page is created using the "Let's Go Fly a Kite" lettering, Kite shapes from the Spring Shapes collection, and Mrs. Grossman's Stickers.  You can click on the page to see the detail in a larger image.

The pieces used in making this page could very easily be adapted to many page sizes and layout options. To begin, print out the lettering for the title on the back of the paper of your choice.  Cut out these letters (an X-acto Knife is helpful for the insides of some letters) and arrange on the page as you desire.

Next, I printed the Kite shapes on the back of two colors of paper and made two layer kites.  For larger layouts you may wish to use more kites in various sizes.  You may want to add some detailing with your scrapbooking pens to your kites, including kite strings, tails, and cross bars.

To finish the page, crop your photos (one in the shape of a kite would be cute if it works with your pictures), affix your layout to the page and add stickers.  Three sets of  Mrs. Grossman's stickers were used in the sample page: small butterflies, flowers, and large playing children. Have fun with all your Spring pages!
