Are You Practicing Safe-Scrapbooking?
The answer is d) impossible to know for sure what it means.
This term is loosely used by manufacturers of products who wish to sell their
wares to the brave new world of scrapbookers out there. As Vice President Al
Gore would say, "There is no controlling legal authority" over the
usage of the phrase or the testing needed to be done on a product in order to
call it "photo safe." Of course, generally, it should mean that
the product is safe to be used around our photos.
Question #5

d) . . . should not be included in your scrapbooks.
