More Diamonds and Darkness

This fun page is titled "All Through The Night."  The background for this layout is dark navy cardstock. The stars which form the photo frames are printed Diamond Dust paper with small silver stars on a shimmery white background.  The moon and smaller stars are cut from silver Diamond Dust paper. Again, I simply used the Coluzzle cutting system to cut the stars. And the star punch from Marvy Uchida to punch coordinating colored small stars. The moon was created using the Creative Memories circle cutting template and then cut again on the outside of the same template to make it into a crescent. The lettering for the poem, which has been double matted with silver Diamond Dust paper and navy cardstock, was written using the Creative Memories Precious Elements silver gel pen.

I found two places that Diamond Dust paper can be purchased online:

Scrap Patch: Sells for $1.50 per 12x12 sheet, actual shipping charges

Memory Mavens: Sells for $1.49 per 12x12 sheet, ships UPS ground standard rates, free shipping on orders over $35.

If you have great ideas for using Diamond Dust or any other sparkle paper come join us on the forum to tell us about them.
