The
next step is to cut a 4 1/2" diameter circle from brown paper using
decorative scissors around the outer edge. From this circle, you then need to cut
out a center hole the size that you wish your viewing window to be.
Mine is approximately 2 1/2" in diameter. I trimmed this circle with a
lighter color ring cut to be larger than the viewing window. Affix the petals
onto the back of your rings with the lighter color yellow hearts being added
first as shown and then the darker behind. This gives you the basic sunflower.
