Spinner Page Step 3

The next thing you need to do is cut some "grass" to go along the bottom of your page. I used leaf-edge decorative scissors, however, grass, pinking, mountain, etc. would also work well.  For the stem on my sunflower, I used an Ellison die-cut of a vine. The Design Originals book shows how to construct a stem of your own that would work equally well.  Affix the stem to the flower, choosing the angle that will fill out your page nicely. Then, you can affix the grass border to the page and "plant" your flower in the "ground."
