Spinner Page Step 5

The next step is creating the wheel itself.  You may need to experiment with the size of circle needed for your wheel. Mine is 8 1/2" in diameter, cut from the same color cardstock used as a background for the page layout itself, to which I added 4 circular cut photos each 3" in diameter. The photos must be slightly larger than the hole cut for the view window in step 2. Use a small piece of doubled sided scrapbook adhesive to temporarily place the photos around the center of the wheel. Make sure each photo is turned so that the bottom of the picture is towards the center of the wheel.  Experiment with placement, by holding the wheel behind the window and turning to make sure each picture lines up correctly in the viewer. When everything seems to be in place, continue to the last step--attaching the wheel.
