Finishing the Page

To complete the page, I mounted my whole pattern onto a coordinating color of cardstock, however you could simply mount it directly to your scrapbook page. I then used some Stampin' Up stamps to create my title blocks. I used a mini-frame ivy stamp to stamp the ivy squares onto the lilac colored paper which was also used as a frame for the quilt block itself.  Then, I stamped the letters for my title "Summer Blooms" into the blocks. After I cut them out, all that was left was to glue them to the layout.

Try this page idea yourself, or use one of the many other patterns available on the quilting site and let me know how it turns out. You can share your ideas with scrapbookers like yourself by posting them on the forum. Click here to see the Scrapbook Quilting discussion that has already begun.
