Creating Your Own Paper Piecing Pattern

piecing is a great way to add pizzazz to your scrapbook pages. But what if you
can't find a pattern for exactly what you have decided you need for that certain
page? This article will teach you how to create your own paper piecing
patterns; thereby allowing you to create anything from paper.
For my sample page, July Skies, I decided I wanted to make a hot air balloon to accent the pictures I took of planes and a balloon over our house this summer. I used the picture of the balloon as the guide from which I built my pattern. The first thing I did was scan the picture into my computer. See this step on the next page.
