Three-ring
scrapbooks are by far the easiest for new scrapbookers to use. The binding
allows for easy movement and addition of pages. These scrapbooks, from Collected
Memories, take this design and make it lovely to look at with archival quality,
padded, linen covers.
The Classic Scrapbook is available in several colors and very affordable. The archival quality, drop-in style, page protectors make loading your finished pages a snap. The page size for the Classic album is 11"x 11 5/8" and the rings of the album are 1" in diameter. This is a perfect size for your smaller albums, such as theme albums, holiday albums, and gift books. I plan to use the Classic Scrapbook to complete an album that focuses entirely on our recent trip to Disney World with the family. I was trying to decide between an 8 1/2" x 11" or a 12" x 12" album, and was delighted to see the size of this scrapbook will be perfect for my vacation pages.
For those of you who desire an album that accepts true 12"x 12" size pages, the new Universal Scrapbook is for you. The colors, padding, and fabric are all the same as the Classic albums, however they are slightly larger. You can see in the picture below the dimensions have been expanded to allow this new standard page size. The rings in the binding have also been enlarged to 1 1/2" in order to accommodate more pages.
I
really am quite happy with the quality of the Classic Scrapbook. It has the feel
of more expensive albums, with the convenience of a 3-ring binding.

The Universal Scrapbook became available on December 4th and is on sale right now on the Collected Memories web site. For a limited time, the Universal Scrapbook is available for the same price as the Classic Scrapbook. There are seven colors to chose from.
