Halloween Page Ideas: Layouts
The Spooky Night title and sets of eyes are all from one Over-All page topper. These great decorations retail for about $0.40 and they can be used to create both a page topper and a matching bottom border on any size page. When using one on an 8 1/2" x 11" page as I have done here, the sections that you cut off can be added back onto the page for more decorations (thus, the extra sets of eyes).
