A
Simple, Quick, and Quiet Way to Attach Items to Scrapbook Pages |
Definition:
Nailheads - These decorative embellishments come in a variety of shapes and sizes and have sharp prongs on the back. The prongs are used to press through materials (paper, fabrics, etc.) to attach the nailhead.
How To:
Step 1) Turn a mouse
page upside down. Lay the paper through which you want to attach a nailhead on
top of the over-turned mouse pad.![]()
Step 2) Place nailhead standing on its prongs on top of the paper.
Step 3) Press firmly with your thumb to push the prongs through all layers. The prongs will easily pass through the paper and press into the mouse pad below.
Step 4) Turn paper over
so you can see the prongs sticking out on the
back, and set the mouse pad aside.
Step 5) Use a craft stick to simply press each prong in toward the center of the nailhead, one prong at a time.
Step 6) No more steps, that's it, you are done. No noise, no special tools required. It's all done.
