Embellishing Your Snowflakes
Glue
Dots from Glue Dots International LLC are my favorite way to adhere
embellishments such as rhinestones and sequins to my scrapbook projects. They
are acid-free, double-sided, adhesive and come in a variety of sizes and
thicknesses. For the snowflakes, I used the Mini Glue Dots. Each
sequin/rhinestone/mirror is pressed onto a Glue Dot. You then peel the
embellishment off of the Glue Dot strip releasing the glue onto the back of the
item. You can then adhere the embellishment where you would like it on the
snowflake with an instant, permanent adhesion. Try never to touch the Glue Dots
themselves with your fingers. See sample layout in greater
detail for snowflake decorating ideas.Product Information:
Both Glue Dots and JewelCraft embellishments are available from local and online scrapbook and craft retailers. To find out more information about either company you may visit their web sites.
