About Faye:
Faye has always enjoyed playing in a variety of arts and crafts. "I inherited my
love of doing things with my hands from my mother. She was always sewing or
knitting or gardening," Faye recalls. Faye's interests include photography,
typography, calligraphy and interior design. "I feel that scrapbooking was
waiting for me to discover it! All of my personal interests seem to support my
work as a scrapbook artist."
Faye began scrapbooking when her daughter, Tyler, was about eight months old.
"John Steinbeck summed my sentiments when he said, 'How will our children know
who they are if they don't know where they come from?' Scrapbooking is a way for
me to provide Tyler priceless insight into her life," Faye says.
Faye lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, George and their
two-year old daughter, Tyler.
