DIY Custom Graduation Tassel for Scrapbooking

Use that first inch of wire from the wire wrapping around the floss that we left hanging in the earlier step to attach the numbers to the tassel. Simply slide the loop over the wire and fold the wire around the tassel to the back. Use wire cutters to snip off any excess wire. If needed you can trim up the ends of your floss to finish your tassel. Tie the tassel around the brad in the center of the graduation cap paper piecing for a truly one-of-a-kind embellishment for your scrapbook pages.
