DIY Custom Graduation Tassel for Scrapbooking

Continue working with the wire to form the shape of the numbers until you have almost completed the last number. When you can see how much more wire you will need to create the final tiny loop, snip off the excess wire and then use your round nose pliers to add that last loop.
