Layers Basics in Photoshop and Photoshop Elements

Working with layers is one of the first things you should become familiar with if you’re learning digital scrapbooking in Photoshop (PS) or Photoshop Elements (PSE).  A great deal of time can be spent on the amazing number of things you can do with layers in PS and PSE, but for now, we’re just going to focus on the basics so that you can get to know your way around the Layers palette.
