Setting Foreground and Background Colors in Photoshop Elements

As you delve deeper into digital scrapbooking, you are inevitably going to want to know how to change the foreground and background colors in your Photoshop or Photoshop Elements color palette.  Your brush tool, shape tool, and your paint bucket tool will all make use of the foreground color set in your color palette.
