How To Scrapbook - Step 4: Create a Background

Create a Background – To begin putting together the scrapbook page, I cut a 2 inch strip of one of the patterned papers and a 4 inch strip of the other. The 2 inch piece goes across the top of the solid green cardstock, while the 4 inch piece goes across the bottom. Both pieces are topped off with a strip of paper or a border sticker. This is the background for my page.
