Printing on Journaling Cards for Scrapbooking - Finished Journaling Box

Print Out
Ludens
Using your computer to print your journaling allows you to spell check, change spacing, center, use bold as needed, etc. To print this journaling on a pre-printed embellishment such as the journaling card shown here, I needed to experiment a bit with the line spacing of my text and the font size. I counted how many lines that I have to work with on the journaling card and made sure that my text would fit. I then chose a font size and printed a sample sheet of text to check for alignment with the lines on the journaling card. Just as with the Title Box, I also lined this text up with the journaling card on a light box. What I discovered is that both the font size and the line spacing needed to be increased slightly. After that adjustment, that text fit perfectly. I adhered it over the printed text and placed the page in my printer once again. As you can see here it came out of the printer with the text in the exact right spot. Now I am ready to add this journaling card to my scrapbook page.
