To find pre-designed, free printable block letters that you can copy and paste into any word processing program, visit the Block Letters gallery.
- To begin, open a blank Word document.
- Click on the “Insert” tab and find “Word Art.”
- In the Word Art drop down screen choose the outlined block letter style – the first style available.
- A Word Art mini-window will open allowing you to type the text for your title. At this point you can also choose a font style and size for your letters. The letters will look solid in this mini-window, however when you click “ok” the text will appear in outlined block format on your Word document.
