Outlined Reverse Block Letters for Scrapbook Titles

Now you can resize the letters. Simply click on the whole block of letters to "select" them. A box will appear around the letters and at the corners of the box there will be a small square. Click and drag one corner to resize the letters as desired. By clicking on a corner the letters will maintain the same shape, they will just change in size. If you click and drag one side of the box, instead of a corner, the letters will become thinner or fatter, or taller and shorter.
