Designing Scrapbook Pages with Flowers - Tip 1: Use Floral Paper Layout 2

This layout by designer Shauna Berglund-Immel uses warm shades to highlight a black and white photo. The wide floral mat helps draw the eye to the image and frames Olivia beautifully. For an even further floral touch, Shauna tore out circles of dark rose and light rose paper and crumpled them to distress them. She tore the large dark rose circle to make a flower shape, then layered the smaller light rose circle on top, followed by a very small circle of dark rose paper. An antique brad tops off the handmade 3-D accent.
