Supplies used: Printed background paper - Karen Foster Designs; Green and red cardstock - Bazzil; Lettering template (title) and circle template - Colluzzle; Christmas tree lights (around title letters)- Unknown About the Page by Alison: Instead of traditional journaling, I pointed out little tidbits - what happened, gifts received, and holiday traditions we followed that year - using the photos to illustrate each point. The reason it's my favorite holiday layout is because it tells more of the specific details of our Christmas Eve for that year. My normal holiday journaling is short, uninteresting, and non-specific, giving only a general idea of the events that took place. I challenged myself to make the journaling for this page more fun and engaging, and to write things that would give a better idea of what our holiday was really like.
