Another great way to keep the eye flowing around a page is to overlap your page elements. For this layout, LeNae used a floral paper as her background and a textured pink paper to mat her photo. To add more visual texture and interest, LeNae worked a strip of pink chenille into the mix. She tucked the right edge of the strip between the photo and the photo mat and glued the left side right onto the floral paper. LeNae added tags, buttons and other embellishments over the seams between the papers and the photo. This leads the eye across the page and right into the focus of the page which is the large picture of Mom.
