From Becky: I purchased a 5x7 frame and beaded necklace at the dollar store. I took the frame apart and cleaned the glass. I covered frame with textured rattan paper using super sticky tape. I placed the glass inside the frame and sealed with a clear liquid or gel adhesive. Glossy Accents worked best for me, but hot glue would also work. I discarded the back of the frame and cut a piece of thin chipboard that is the same size as the outside of the frame. I selected a favorite 5x7 photo and adhered securely it to the backing. I put filler into the shakerbox; whatever is appropriate, if it's a birthday photo, use confetti etc. I used beach sand and small shells, then use a strong liquid glue to adhere the backing to the backside of the wood frame. I then let it dry completely. Eyehooks in the top of the frame are attached to the beaded necklace for a hanger. I used a die cut machine to create text, glued it to the outside of the frame and made it dimensional with Glossy Accents, a clear dimensional medium that is shiny when dried so it looks wet.
