Tip 5 - Use Small Photos As A Page Border

Hot Off the Press
Use Small Photos As A Page Border:

On this layout, Laura created a unique design which allowed her to showcase a photo of her son Jake as a focal point, while also showing smaller photos of the animals he saw on his zoo field trip. Laura cropped images of the animals to fit behind slide mounts and used the slide mounts to border the left and bottom sides of the 8 inch x 8 inch page. She added Zoo themed Brad Buddies™ to some of the slide mounts for dimension and interest. Another great way to get the same effect? Use a filmstrip overlay as a page border, featuring photos behind it.
