Focal Point Before

Rebecca Ludens
Interior designers have taught us that well appointed rooms in our homes need a focal point. This is also true of our scrapbook pages. The focal point is usually the photo that encompasses the story of the layout. The other photos are the supporting cast that complete the story, however the eye rests on the focal point photo first. In this soccer scrapbook page, all of the photos carry the same weight, giving the page no clear focal point. Click to the next image to see how Rebecca changed this layout to give it a main photo focal point.
