There are many ways to create titles for your scrapbook pages, including using chipboard or sticker letters. However, if you want to be able to cut out your own letters using patterned paper or cardstock, then you will love being able to use your computer to print reversed block letters right on to the back of your favorite piece of coordinating paper for your next scrapbook page. These instructions use Microsoft Word 2007. Older versions of Word can also be used, however the specific tabs and drop-down menus may be in slightly different locations.
Step 1: Open a new Word document and click on the "Insert" tab at the top of the open window (see red arrow above). Next click on "Word Art" (see red arrow) and choose "style 1" which is an outline style that works perfectly for block letters which you will be cutting out by hand.
