How to Make a Scalloped Pennant Banner with Punches

The scrapbook page technique of using banners across your layout is much easier than it would first appear to be. For this beautiful scalloped banner all you need is some floss, patterned paper, adhesive, and a 2 inch scalloped circle punch. Many other shapes of punches could also be used for pennants. You can experiment to find designs that both fit with your scrapbook page and your style. The papers used here are all from DCWV Summer Dreams paper and cardstock stacks.
