Label Maker Sanded Lettering for Scrapbooking

Using a fine grit sand paper, very lightly sand the surface of the letters until they turn white. The words will "pop" from the surface of the paper as they change from the color of the paper to the color of the core of the paper. You can see here the word "childhood" now clearly stands out on the strip of printed cardstock.
