Creating Tabs for Scrapbook Pages - Measure Your Text
Measuring the Text
Ludens
Before you can cut cardstock to create a tab for your scrapbook page, you need to measure the width of the text that you will be adding to the tab. In my sample, the text is 2 1/2 inches long. I can then cut a piece of cardstock, in a color that coordinates with my layout and does not make it too difficult to read the text, that is at least that wide and about double to height of the text.
