The website is easily navigated, beautiful and very tech savvy. One can sign up for a monthly newsletter and new product notifications with special deals and prices. There are monthly trivia contests with amazing prizes. The free gifts sent with a purchase are "real" gifts, not junk. The blog has beautiful examples of projects and smaller, fun contests with lots of newsy goings-on. The gallery also shows the design teams' ideas. Generations crafting is on facebook also. There is a referral policy where one can receive discounts along with the new customer they refer. They stock scrapbooking, stamping and craft supplies - all major brands.
